This class is suitable for the beginner or experienced practitioner. All fitness and health levels will be accomodated.
Fees: First Class is FREE for new students!
Meet our new instructor:
Ann Lockard holds a Ph.D. degree in counseling and is a licensed professional counselor. She began her yoga journey in Johannesburg, South Africa, where she lived and worked for ten years. She recently moved back to the area and has continued a consistent hatha yoga practice.
Ann’s passion is yoga for health and well-being. Her yoga practice centers on gentle yoga. Her personal interests include: gardening, cycling, and vegetarian cooking.
Our goal is to provide a safe, intimate and relaxed space for women to practice yoga and do something great for themselves. Yoga is life-changing, join us!
